Coexistence explained
Before coexistence, a number could live either in the WhatsApp Business app or on the Business Platform — not both. You had to choose. Coexistence removes that choice.
Keep it exactly as you use it today: calls, voice notes, everyday chats, business profile, catalog. Nothing changes for how you answer customers day to day.
Qelo Connect sends approved bulk messages from the same number, to your opted-in list, paced at a rate WhatsApp accepts, with delivery, read and reply tracking.
Customers save one number, see one name, reply in one thread. You work from both: the app on your phone when you are on the floor, Qelo Connect at your laptop when you send to everyone.

Connecting
You connect your number inside Qelo Connect, but the permission step is Meta's Embedded Signup — the same flow Meta shows to every Business Platform user.
Sign in, open WhatsApp numbers, click connect. Qelo opens Meta's Embedded Signup in a pop-up.
Choose a new number or your existing WhatsApp Business app number. Log into Facebook, pick the Business, confirm the number. Meta handles the verification.
The number appears in Qelo Connect, ready for approved messages and campaigns. Replies flow into one inbox per customer.
Meta Tech Provider
Qelo Connect is not a workaround. It is built on the WhatsApp Business Platform the way Meta intended multi-business software to be built.
Qelo Connect is built on the WhatsApp Business Platform as a Meta Tech Provider. We host the app that handles Embedded Signup, webhooks and messaging for every tenant — Meta reviews that app directly.
As a Tech Provider, Meta gives us one webhook URL that receives events for all connected businesses — delivery receipts, reads and replies — routed to the right workspace.
Message charges are billed by Meta to your own WhatsApp Business account. Qelo never marks them up and never sits between you and Meta.

Which should I choose?
If your shop's WhatsApp number is already saved by customers, on your shopfront, or in your Google listing, coexistence keeps it. No “we have a new number” message.
If you are starting fresh, or you want to keep personal and shop chats cleanly apart, a new dedicated number keeps the inbox tidy.
Either way, the messages look identical — your business name, your approved message, your button — and the opt-in and STOP rules work the same.
